Dominion Power Washing Inc. has been providing professional pressure washing and property maintenance services in Metro Vancouver since 1987. We offer a wide range of hot and cold water cleaning solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential customers. Whether large concrete surfaces, a building facade, or a backyard patio, our skilled technicians are trained to resolve any cleaning issues and restore your property’s appearance.

We use hot and cold water systems and only use high performance equipment that allows us to operate at extremely high temperatures and PSI of 3500. Our technicians are also aerial lift certified, allowing us to reach taller structures. Dominion Power Washing Inc. is continually evaluating new cleaning products and equipment to improve our methods, so that we are able to provide our clients with the best cleaning solutions available. As part of this commitment, we only use environmentally friendly, completely biodegradable cleaning products.

We have undergone extensive certification processes to be able to do work at Canadian border crossing, CFIA, and to do work for the Government of Canada. We are Comply Works registered and compliant.

What We Can Offer

At Dominion Power Washing we have two divisions to meet almost any property maintenance needs. We have our commercial Power Washing division which can handle any aerial or surface pressure washing work. We also offer window cleaning services. Our second division is our residential division which falls under the name of Complete Clean. With Complete Clean we offer pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, exterior gutter washing, roof cleaning, cedar roof restoration, painting, and concrete resurfacing. This was the 2nd time we have used Dominion Power Washing Inc. who was referred to us by one of our former Managers, to thoroughly power wash a section of our parking lot and walkways around our building. After placing a call, they arrived the next morning and looked at the areas which had in some areas extensive moss & algae growth on the concrete parking dividers and walkways around the building which doesn’t get any sunlight. Even though they were very busy, they arranged for a crew to come by the following weekend to clean the entire parking lot including the inside of our bike shed. As the parking dividers were quite dirty they had to come back a second time to complete the job which took longer than originally anticipated. Our parking lot including the bike shed looks brand new again and no trace of moss or algae on any brick or concrete! Our bikers are still raving about the clean bike shed. Much appreciated and we will definitely use their services again next year!
